Our thoughts are with everyone involved. We hope for the full recovery of the injured victim.

California Traffic Accidents

Hundreds of thousands of people sustain injuries in traffic accidents in California every year. On average, more than 270,000 people are hurt in accidents throughout the state annually. In Los Angeles alone, each year, about 55,000 people are involved and injured in auto accidents.

Auto collisions can impact victims and their loved ones in many ways. We hope no one ever gets hurt in an accident, however, people are injured every day. Over 3,200 people lose their lives in car accidents in the Golden State every year.

Unfortunately, over 90% of accidents happen due to driver negligence. Driver negligence can be demonstrated in numerous ways, including driving while intoxicated, distracted, or at an unsafe speed. Those injured in accidents caused by negligence often suffer more severe and painful injuries that require extensive medical care.

If you have recently been hurt in a crash, a personal injury attorney in California will be able to assist you in numerous ways. Those who are hurt in accidents caused by negligence often qualify for financial compensation for their injuries and losses. The first step in recovering compensation is to determine whether or not your accident was indeed the result of another driver’s negligent actions. Some or all of the associated costs with your wreck may be covered by compensation. You may be facing losses and damages such as expensive medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages, vehicle repairs, and more. This can all be very stressful to deal with and cost a fortune. While you’re trying to recover physically and maybe even emotionally after being involved and injured in a serious accident, you shouldn’t have to worry about having to recover financially as well.
